Cannon blast at sunset on top of a mountain every evening while bagpipes are being played! Yes sir!! Thats how they do it at Top of the Rock in Branson Missouri. Just 7.5 hours from central Mississippi. Branson is located in the Ozark Mountains and gives Gatlinburg a run for its money ♡ Top of the Rock is part of the Bass Pro Shop family meaning you can feel good that every purchase you make at Bass Pro ensures epicness like this continues nightly!

Some of my favorite pictures I have ever taken were at Holmes Chapel Falls in Bankhead National Forest/Sipsey Wilderness! Located just feet off of a gravel road in northwest Alabama. This photogenic falls boosts a beautiful green pool at the base. Bankhead/Sipsey proudly rocks the nickname of land of a 1,000 waterfalls! Just 4 and half hours from central Mississippi! Happy St. Patricks Day! Here's a Rainbow Waterfall to brighten your day! 🌈 Greeter Falls is located in Altamont, Tennessee and features a scenic spiral staircase on the hike down to this beauty.
The hike is 1.2 miles with some steep spots. Altamont is 6 hours from central Mississippi. Perfect distance for a 3 day weekend!

Sketchy playground in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Its giving 80s "we don't care if you die, go outside and play" vibes. How hot you think that slide gets in the summer? 😆🔥 And its just dirt under there not even the bouncy fancy rubber for when you fall. Tuscaloosa must have excellent lawyers. Would you climb it or let your kids?
