Last night, the Town of Pelham recognized a group of outstanding first responders from the Village of Pelham Fire Department, Village of Pelham Manor Fire, Village of Pelham Manor Police, and Pelham EMS/Eastchester EMS for their efforts during a medical emergency earlier this spring.
On April 12th, following a reported dryer fire in Pelham Manor, Captain John Gerken of the Pelham Manor Fire Department suffered a sudden cardiac arrest on scene.
