Hi yall! I received everyone’s messages and comments about products in stock, but I have some unfortunate news.

I’ll no longer be in business, due to my ex store landlords alarming behavior over the last few months.

He has even told the judge, courtroom and anyone else that will listen to him that I sold ‘all kinds of drugs’ out of the building and that my ex store landlord from the salon told him I harassed and threatened her too.

Could you even imagine someone saying those false and damaging things about you in public spaces?

He gets in our face in a Wawa checkout line and even in the court hallway, needing sheriffs officers to come check in. ‘stop talking to me’ and ‘get away’ ‘do not speak to me’ are phrases he ignores. It’s extremely scary to us and chaos we are not accustomed to. Especially after 6+ weeks of it non stop!

He has completely terrorized me and triggered my severe ptsd and caused anxiety, and has stolen so many important moments with my family since august 3rd.

I’m sorry that I’m not strong enough to continue after five amazing years with you all and in this business, but I can’t risk encountering someone like him ever again.

It is my opinion that I am in danger with my safety and my reputation.

Thank you for understanding, I love yall. I’m not ignoring you guys, it’s just triggering to even see anything associated with that memory right now.

Please continue to support your favorite small businesses because they are just moms and dads putting food on the table for their kids💕🫶💖have the best Halloween and keep shampooing and deep conditioning that hair!

I can’t believe it’s almost over forever- at this location😝💕

always a bittersweet feeling to start a new phase, but I’m so excited.

What a time we had at our second location. So much fun, I met so many people that became important to me and/or my brand.

He told me he needed a key for fire inspection. He hasn’t had a key since 2023. For a reason!

He entered with a man and checked the detector.

A few days later, entered with six people. Toured them each around the ‘room’ alone and he was in the hallway

Few days later, entered with a man who had a badge. I assumed fire guy, but I thought that was the first visit to my room. I text him asking if he’s okay bc he’s had 9 ppl in my room in 3 weeks and I have cameras. He said, yup fire guy all good.

Still showing zero respect for my space, so I changed the locks. His text says he needs a
Key to enter 2-3 times a year and you did alllll of that in three weeks.

He came back a few days later and tried again, but my locks were changed.

He lost it. Raised everyone’s rent but mine even more.

Told me he can come in whenever he wants bc he doesn’t mean me harm so it doesn’t matter.

He says he tried a fourth time bc he was going to give me a bill from fire inspection. But he refused to slide it under my door and never did and never gave any of the other tenants a bill that day either.

So he was either lying about a bill completely that day… bc why hit my room first? Before the other rooms thst come before mine…bc he’s
Lying. He just wanted in or he has hidden cameras up there to see and heard us changing the locks

All three reasons are too much for me.

And that’s fine. I’m happy to leave, but he wants me to ‘change my mind or else’ and says he’s suing me for the max small court allowed and detailed all the ways he has planned.

He now stalks my office and stays there all hours of the day and night and has the tenants looking for me so they can inform him…. Does this sound mentally sound or legal? No.

So I stay public bc he’s calling around to gossip - which is so crazy to me he’s supposed to be a 60 yr old business man and his first instinct was to call Shane lmao he’s unwell and dangerous and I want the public to know for my safety. If I’m there at night, will he shut me in my room? I’ve recorded a huge fight with him from the winter when he did that to me.

When the landlord stops his stalking and illegal harassment and retaliation for me telling him I want to leave Oct 31… I can grab some products for your weekend. If he is sitting and waiting there again today/tonight… I’m calling the police up there to help keep me safe from him. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday calls texts voicemails voice notes…. Monday and Tuesday he sits around my space and waits for me all hours. He calls the tenants to lie, gossip and tell them to call him when they see me so he can rush up there on me… he doesn’t understand that’s illegal and shows his true character and intentions. He told them he is going to evict me instead of letting me leave and I’m just allowing him the space to do that… he seems upset that the court he wanted will be happening. You wanted this bad Ed. Anything to enter my room once a week and not be told no. Pennsville Police Department
