🕒 Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Classic Insurance Group is looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Insurance Agent / CSR to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive, customer-focused agency, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Assist with policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
• Quote and bind auto, home, and business insurance policies
• Follow up on leads and cross-sell insurance products
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support the office team in day-to-day operations

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Insurance license preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, dependable, and tech-savvy
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or sales a plus
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
