We have room for one more full time tenant here at the studio!

If you become a tenant with us, here is
what it comes with it:
- Unlimited access to the Calliope Content
creator studio (working on a shared calendar
with our other tenant and hourly rentals) which
is a pre-lit studio ready to go and has just about everything you need for social media content or podcasts
- 3 podcast ready cameras and switcher
- All gear in the Calliope Content Creator studio
- a semi private office area for a desk and minor storage (shared with Calliope Films)
- Green room.
- Backyard (great for events or shoots)
- 24/7 Keypad access

Here are some potential good fits for the Space!
- Photographers
- Videographers
- Podcasters or someone trying to start one
- Someone who is teaching regular classes
or hosting events and needs a space
- Or let’s say you’re trying to start your own
video production company or studio.
We are happy to include a package
that would come with cameras, lighting,
and gear you could use on the premise or
off the premise.

The current monthly rental rate is flexible
and will depend on your needs! But reach

Alright Pensacola we are listening, Learning and adjusting to the needs of the market.

Effective immediately, the studio is now just at $75 an hour.

And coming soon, it will include the three cameras and a live switcher with that rate!

Stay tuned as we are also launching a full service podcast studio rate. Which will include a podcast director and a podcast edit of up to 60 minutes

Based on feedback, we are stepping towards INCLUDING 3 cameras and a switcher in the content creator space.

This would mean that if you wanted to record a podcast, you truly wouldn’t need to provide anything at all.

What do you guys think about this?

Introducing the Calliope Content Creator Space. Available 24/7 with key pad entry. A studio designed and pre-lit with the idea that creators of any skill level can come out and create elevated content. And if you DO have extensive knowledge of lighting then this space is just going to make your job easier.

In the space we have 7 lights controllable with an iPad and over 10 lights total. 4 microphones set up and podcast ready. We have Tripods, Chairs, props, lamps, lamp shades, projector, fake plants, karaoke machine, video monitors, and a super chill Green room with a kitchenette

All you need is a camera (available for rent) for your video! Or an SD card (available for purchase) for the podcast station. Or just use your dang phone!
