If you become a tenant with us, here is
what it comes with it:
- Unlimited access to the Calliope Content
creator studio (working on a shared calendar
with our other tenant and hourly rentals) which
is a pre-lit studio ready to go and has just about everything you need for social media content or podcasts
- 3 podcast ready cameras and switcher
- All gear in the Calliope Content Creator studio
- a semi private office area for a desk and minor storage (shared with Calliope Films)
- Green room.
- Backyard (great for events or shoots)
- 24/7 Keypad access

Here are some potential good fits for the Space!
- Photographers
- Videographers
- Podcasters or someone trying to start one
- Someone who is teaching regular classes
or hosting events and needs a space
- Or let’s say you’re trying to start your own
video production company or studio.
We are happy to include a package
that would come with cameras, lighting,
and gear you could use on the premise or
off the premise.

The current monthly rental rate is flexible
and will depend on your needs! But reach

And coming soon, it will include the three cameras and a live switcher with that rate!
