Every practice brings our dreams closer to reality. Every rep, every drill, and every minute on the mat has a purpose. We don’t waste time we train with intention. Every second is an opportunity to improve, grow, and become better than we were yesterday.

Our goal is to leave practice one or two steps ahead, always moving forward and never settling. Success isn’t built overnight; it’s earned through consistent hard work, discipline, and dedication.

Most importantly, all glory goes to Jesus. Through Him, we find our strength, our purpose, and the ability to keep pushing forward no matter the challenge.

Shoutout to Coach Zak Martin and AZ Devil Cats Football!

God works in amazing ways. We’ve never had an entire football team walk through our wrestling room doors wanting to become wrestlers, and it’s been incredible to witness.

Wrestling and football go hand in hand. If you love football, I truly believe wrestling is one of the best sports you can do to improve yourself as an athlete. I also believe football coaches and wrestling coaches working together, just like we are, makes a huge impact on our community. It shows the importance of both sports and the valuable life lessons they teach.

Most importantly, our goal is getting these kids closer to Jesus. Championships, wins, and trophies will come after that. Building strong young men with character, faith, discipline, and work ethic is what matters most.

Special things are happening between our programs, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. A huge thank you to Coach Zak Martin and AZ Devil Cats Football for the opportunity and trust you’ve placed in us. We’re honored to help train, transform, and prepare your football players to compete at their highest level and chase a championship.

I love working with the youth. They are the future, and there’s nothing more rewarding than building wrestlers from the ground up.

A lot of coaches prefer getting wrestlers who are already made, already successful, and already carrying a name. But the truly special coaches are the ones who can take a kid with no name, no experience, and no recognition and help turn them into something great through hard work, discipline, and belief.

That’s the type of coach I am.

At Chagolla Trained Wrestling, our mission is to develop homegrown talent. We don’t wait for champions to walk through the door—we build them. We embrace the challenge of taking on the big names and proving that hard work, dedication, and heart can close any gap.

Chagolla Trained Wrestling Club is built on hard work, discipline, faith, and family.
Led by head coach and owner Anthony Chagolla, the room is about more than just wrestling. The main lesson they want athletes to learn is that talent alone is not enough.
Growth comes through consistency, sacrifice, suffering, and learning how to keep going when things get hard.
The mindset they are building is toughness, humility, accountability, and purpose. Athletes are taught to stay coachable, never cheat their reps, and show up every day ready to improve. No excuses, no entitlement - just effort, discipline, and representing themselves, their families, and God the right way.
At Chagolla Trained Wrestling, the message is simple: you are capable of more than you think. Toughness is not just physical. It is mental, spiritual, and built through everyday choices.
