Hey all you Slashaholics and Slasholes, it is with a very heavy heart and very confused minds that we have to inform you that our Slash Sisters YouTube page has been removed.
We are looking into what we can do to restore our page, that being said the reasoning that it has been removed was "we violated the spam, deceptive practices and scams policy."
How or what we could have done is beyond us as we have never decieved anyone, or tried to scam anyone. Infect quite the opposite. We have give money back to our community, we were part of planning committee to ensure this year's Horror Fiesta was a success, we host trivia nights like this coming Friday night at Peoria PublicLibrary North Branch. We always give back. So this whole debacle is shocking and hurting us both emotionally and physically.
All of us here at Slash Sisters have poured our hearts into making this fun, entertaining, educational and delivering our brand of horror movie reviews for true horror movie fans.
As soon as we know more about this situation we will inform all of you. Hopefully we will get our channel back but from we have researched it is not looking good. If we are truly lost on there, we will continue to post our videos here, and now we are heavily considering releasing those in the podcast form.
This whole situation just feels surreal. Coming off the high we all expirenced from Horror Fiesta this past Saturday, to finding out we no longer have our YouTube channel after 3 years, over 150 movie reviews and over 200 different types of videos for entertainment purposes, this has been a whirlwind of a weekend.
If y'all would be so kind to keep us in your thoughts and prayers to whatever gods you worship, we don't discriminate here, would be ever in you debt.
Untill we know more this where we are. No YouTube channel anymore pending appeal. From what we read most appeals are denied. So this may verywell be the end of an era. Hope we all had fun on the ride if this is the case, we sure did.
But we are still going to be around if we can't get the channel back. We will find a way to bring our love of horror movies to you and give you our thoughts. We know we have very dedicated fans that enjoy what we do and we will persevere in the face of overwhelming odds.
We know this was a long read and we apologize for that. Thank you for making this journey meaningful to us all!
If nothing else, "we will see you all, in the Afterlife!"
