We’re saddened to share that our friend Ollie, the barred owl, passed away from liver cancer. 💔 She lived an exceptionally long life for her species and touched thousands of people along the way.

Below is some wonderful information from the Wildlife Prairie Park newsletter about her journey.

Scott fondly remembers her unique personality — especially her dislike for baseball hats, often clicking at anyone who dared to wear one in her presence and getting her to hoot with the "who cooks for you" prompt. 🦉 She will be missed.

🎶 ACE’s MINGO! Mingle – Tuesday at Junction City Pub 🎶

Huge thanks to everyone who came out and filled the bar with great energy this week! We had three awesome playlists: Weather, Ladies, and Magic — and you all rocked them. 🌦️👩‍🎤✨

Prizes included everything from snacks to goodies to gift cards… although one lucky drawer pulled the infamous $0 card! 🤣 You never know what you’re gonna get with ACE!

And of course, the night was made even better by our special furry visitor 🐾 who kept a close eye on the action.

🎶 ACE’s MINGO! Mingle at the VFW 🎶

Big thanks to everyone who came out this past Sunday to play along! We had a blast with the 80’s, Dude!, and Wedding Jams playlists, and you all made it a great afternoon. 🙌

Winners walked away with a mix of fun prizes including a $15 Knuckles Pizza gift card, candy, kitchen items, a puzzle, and plenty of other goodies. 🍫🧩💳
