One major thing we focus on for clients is creating content that brings people back. What does that retention look like, and what will grab people’s attention enough to follow?
We recently started a series with one of our clients, an outdoor powersports dealer, called “Will it Wheelie Wednesday,” where we attempt to wheelie different units. The traction on these videos has already proven to deliver solid retention. People want to come back week after week, wondering, “What are they going to wheelie this time?” and, "Can you really wheelie a tractor?"
This has been a blast to film and put together. We love series like these because they help our clients build a community. Social media can help drive sales, but if you’re not entertaining or authentic, your online presence will have a much more difficult path forward.
Creating ways to keep your followers engaged and growing your brand is the most important thing to remember when utilizing social media.
