I honestly don’t know how 11 years have gone by this fast. You have brought so much love, joy, laughter, and purpose into our lives. You have taught me patience, strength, and how to love in a deeper way than I ever knew was possible.

C.J., you are a blessing from God, and I’m so thankful He chose me to be your dad. I’m proud of you, I love you more than words could ever explain, and I pray this year is filled with happiness, growth, peace, and all the things that make you smile.

I’m standin’ here lookin’ at my living room tryin’ to figure out how in the world some jolly ole fat guy in a red suit just broke into my house AGAIN!

Tree lit up.
Stockings stuffed.
Presents everywhere.

Didn’t hear a door. Didn’t hear a window. Just BOOM! Home invasion with a smile.

And outside? Reindeer.
Just… standin’ there.
Eight perfectly good deer is an absolute waste of high quality jerky. 🦌🥩

The kids are excited, but I’m over here wonderin’ how he keeps gettin’ away with this annual B&E like it’s some kinda tradition.

Anyway… kids are happy, evidence is everywhere, and…. I guess I’ll let the big red trespasser walk one more year.
