WZRE 99.3 Community Radio WZRE LP is a listener-supported, public FM radio station serving the Perry community. It is an extension of the Big Bend Heritage Music Association.

WZRE is an extension of the Big Bend Heritage Music Association, which promotes local artists, musicians and musical venues throughout the Big-Bend region of North Florida. This FM Station features locally-produced programming and is non-profit. Tune in for

This week we lost another great artist, Jerry Jeff Walker. His tunes are pretty much a main stay at WZRE jam sessions and on air listening. Here, Mary Scott, from the Facebook Group "Old Guitar Pickers" covers one of Jerry's most often sung tunes. Drop by our Jam Sessions and listen to Mike Jolley do his version. The Jam Sessions (Tuesdays 6pm) will start up again once the current virus issues in remedied.

Our little jam session group, The Tuesday Night Group, that huddles around WZRE's studio had an invite to play at St. Jame's annual fish fry down at the Econfina Resort. Great food and fellowship. It was yummy.

Best way to open a Farmer's Market is to get some "Local Artist" to do a circle Jam. Perry's Tuesday Night Group keeps it fun. It don't get more down home than this.

Poor audio at times but you'll get the drift. Christmas cheer takes over the Tuesday Night Group Jam Room with a White Christmas performed by some local artists - Josh Nolan, Aston Stoyer, Brent Rowell and Taylor Chaffin.

Florida State Bluegrass Festival. Pure & Simple Bluegrass. Check 'em out this weekend.

Someone caught the live entertainment provided by the Tuesday Night Group on their cell phone while visiting the the Spring Fling Event. Lots of other goodies were found.
