Next TGW event will be held March 15th - 17th 2013 and yes it will be the Dysfunctional Family Reunion @ IRON HORSE MUD RANCH...Gates Open @ Noon ON Thursday March 14th. NO Mudding or Riding Until Friday March 15th @ 8 am....We will be glad to have you!!!

I don't think I am explaining myself very well about the waivers, due to the huge number of phone calls I am receiving. I don't mind the calls and am here for you for any questions. But I want to try and make myself more clear.
**18 yrs & up - You can sign one at the gate yourself!!!

**17 yrs & younger - You CAN NOT SIGN FOR YOURSELF-
THERE IS ONLY (2) WAYS TO GET IN THE GATE!!!
Rules for waiver
s for minors:
**Parents :If your child is attending with you, you still must fill out a waiver- It just doesnt have to be notorized.

**Parents : If you are NOT attending with your child and they are coming with a friend, girlfriend, boyfriend or family member then you must print a form from the website , fill it out & then have it notorized and then you will give it to the person you are allowing your child to come with.
WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN YOUR PARENT TO SIGN FOR YOU!!!!

Here is a link for the waiver forms: Please fill out the minors forms and bring them with you, its so much easier and keeps you from being held up at the gate and also saves you the $5 fee if you don't have one already done and you have to complete one at the gate.... The Rules

The event rules listed below will be strictly enforced by event staff and security at all times. These rules are for your safety and the safety of others around you. Failure to comply with these rules will result in your ejection from the premises without a refund.

1. The speed limit is 10MPH everywhere on the property except for the Mud Hole.

2. No underage drinking.

3. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

4. No public nudity.

5. No fi****ms.

6. No pets.

7. No illegal drugs.

8. No drinking and driving. All state alcohol laws apply, including DUI laws.

9. All riding is at your own risk.

10. Everyone entering the premises must sign a liability waiver prior to being admitted. No one admitted without a valid I.D.

11. All riders are strongly encouraged to wear proper safety equipment and all manufacturers’ safety requirements must be followed. All riders under the age of 16 must wear a safety helmet and eye protection as per Florida statutes (F.S. 316-2074).

12. Riding is allowed in the mud pits only during the daylight hours, or as posted by the park.

13. All riding and vehicle traffic within the park must cease at Dark and no one will ride before daylight, except for incoming traffic.

14. Quiet hours in all of the camping areas are from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

15. All vehicles must remain within the boundaries of the park and avoid all restricted areas identified by Iron Horse Mud Ranch, LLC.

16. No fireworks.

17. Campfires must be placed in a container or hole and must be attended to by an adult at all times. No burning of pallets or tires is allowed.

18. No chainsaws and no cutting or damaging of any trees or vegetation on the property.

19. No fighting or aggressive behavior.

20. No dumping of hazardous materials.

21. Wristbands must be worn throughout your entire stay at Iron Horse Mud Ranch, LLC. Anyone found without a wristband will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will be required to pay the entrance fee to re-enter.

22. No littering.

23. No glass bottles.

24. All side by sides and Atv’s must have a safety flag pole.

Good morning I wanted to put up this post to let everyone know that you can bring as many trucks, atv's or campers you want in but you need to be aware that " YOU MUST TAKE IT ALL WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE ON SUNDAY" THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLES, ECT LEFT BEHIND!!!!! YOU CAN NOT COME BACK LATER... EVERYTHING WILL NEED TO BE PUSHED PULLED OR TOWED OUT OF THE PARK BY SUNDAY @ 4PM. ( IF WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TOWED YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE COST)
