Rental Property Registry Workshop

The City of Perryville is hosting a workshop to help landlords learn more about the City’s new Rental Property Registry requirements.

Our staff will be available to walk you through the registration process, answer questions, and help you understand the new requirements.

New Ordinance Reminder:
• All rental properties must now be registered with the City.
• Landlords are required to obtain a landlord license.

Need help registering? Come to one of the workshop sessions, and our staff will be happy to assist you!

Public Presentation: Data Center Regulations

The City of Perryville, in partnership with the Perry County Commission and Perry County EDA, will host a public presentation regarding the City’s efforts to regulate data centers.

The public is invited to attend to learn more about the City’s brand-new data center ordinance and the steps being taken to regulate data center development if the City would be approached by a developer in the future.

TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT! The Middle School Dance for all public + parochial + homeschool students in Grades 6-8 begins at 6 pm at Perry County Middle School Gym. Students must be picked up at 8 pm. We're selling pizza, soda, water, candy & chips. PHS artists are also offering Glo Facepainting for just $5! Help us raise money for our summer community service projects and activities.
