Telling my mom I’m pregnant turned out to be one of my favorite reactions of them all 😂

We had our bathroom painted the day before and my mom stopped by to see what it looked like. Took her a minute to notice the pregnancy test 🤣🤍

Part 3 | Our wedding ceremony 🤍

This was the most intentional part of my wedding day, on purpose.

When I think about getting married, I think about it as a sacred union and ritual. I didn’t want to zip through the most important part of our day to just get to the partying. I really wanted to curate something meaningful and magical.

So I knew we wanted my friend , who creates the most beautiful, sacred retreats & circles, to be the one who married us. And isn’t she the absolute cutest thing ever?!

Together, we created our dream wedding ceremony. From the music, to the design, outfits, and more.

Here are some of the details that went into it:

During my sound healing certification in 2024, I got attuned to so we had our guests walk down the aisle to his song, “A Love Song.” It’s so magical.

I walked down the aisle to “Arrival of the Birds” by , which I’ve been obsessed with since I was a little girl. It makes me SO emotional.

I loved the tradition of having your veil cover your face, so we did that.

Our wedding favors were rose quartz crystals, the love crystal. (& fun fact, I legit became a crystal wholesaler to get a deal on buying them in bulk 😂 so if you need some crystals - hit ya girl up!)

Staci began the ceremony with connecting to our hearts, where she asked the guests to hold the crystal to their hearts and feel the magnetic frequency of it, then to radiate love out to us. Makes me cry even thinking about it 🥹

Zander and I both do meditations and so does Staci, so we pulled from some of his teachings about the power of our heart’s electromagnetic field and wove it the address.

Then we moved into a beautiful grounding meditation for Zander and me to really take in the sacred moment.

Staci then told the story of how we met, how our lives orbited one another’s for years without knowing, how we’ve supported each other’s dreams, and what we love about our relationship.

And of course, we got right into the astrology and numerology of it all. CONTINUED in comments…

Telling my husband we’re pregnant 🥹

My favorite responses are “no fu***ng way” and “damn that was easy” 😂 I promise we are working on our swearing before the baby comes 🙃

And I just want to add… that while we are so excited to share this chapter, we also want to hold space for the fact that this journey looks different for everyone 🤍 We feel incredibly grateful that things happened quickly for us, but we know that isn’t everyone’s experience. Sending so much love to anyone who is trying 🤍

Just boarded by flight home after completing the 💗

Wow wow wow. This past week was truly a life changing experience. It’s hard for me to even put into words. But it was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, my family, my future family, my business, and just life.

I’ve been to a lot of retreats, tried all forms of therapy, and I can confidently say this is the one. I will forever think about my life as “before Hoffman” and “after Hoffman.”

Being without a phone and computer for over a week was simply the best (all those photos were taking the night before we had to turn them in and during my post-Hoffman integration weekend).

The work itself was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my entire life, physically and emotionally. But equally the most rewarding and amazing experience of my life. I had the deepest cathartic cries of my life and laughed harder than I’ve ever laughed.

This process really allowed me to come home to myself in a way I deeply needed. I am forever grateful. Thank you 🤍

November 🤎

Moved across the country, I turned 30, a million home projects, lots of family time, hangs with my longest friends, soup and all things cozy, sister time, meeting and holding many of our friend’s babies, lots of heartache and bittersweet emotions with this change, FaceTimes with my California peeps, HD readings, and loving on my puppies.

And the month isn’t even over yet!

Part 2 of our wedding | getting ready with the girls ✨

I slept approximately zero hours the night before because I was so anxiously excited 😂

I gave myself tons of time to get ready, but the morning flew by faster than I ever imagined. It was such a blur in the sweetest way.

One of my favorite moments was doing the “On Your Wedding Day” activation with while wearing my red light mask (no photos of this part, but wow it helped my nerves). I sobbed after… like sobbed.

There are so many big emotions moving through you on your wedding day, and it barely feels like you get a second to process any of it. Meditating, doing an activation, and pulling cards was my way of centering myself. And the cards cracked me up because they literally told me to “eat” and “breathe.” Two things I was greatly struggling with that morning 😂

One Last Spell 🥀Early 30th birthday celebration / goodbye party with my favorite witches 🔮

We all pulled cards and I got the Panther card, which I ofc read in tears. Moving across the country within short notice has felt exactly as it reads: “unexpected, uncomfortable, and devastating.”

Yet as these past few weeks have unraveled, Zander and I both feel a deep sense of purpose and readiness for this big life change. Beyond bittersweet.
