We recently attended the Jackson concert at Rivers Casino in Portsmouth, Virginia, and purchased seats in Right Row D, Despite being three rows from the front and on the right, these seats provided an obstructed view that severely hindered our ability to see the show. NO SCREENS, just a Black Curtin, for the price we paid, this was incredibly disappointing. It's clear that these seats should have been sold at a much lower price, considering the poor visibility.
We even have pictures to support our experience, which show the obstructed view from our seats. Rivers Casino should be ashamed of themselves for selling these tickets at such a high price without warning customers about the view obstruction. We expected much better and hope they address this issue for future events.
