I was looking through various posts in my feed, and one of them was that Bob Ross would be upset at people using AI to generate art. This comment was posted, and you know what?

Some of us don't read anymore. Some of us do not choose kindness to our neighbors or to random strangers. People are willing to ignore the environmental changes and hazards that we've found ourselves in.

It makes me sad. We should pick up a brush, a pen, choose kindness over violence/harsh words, and maybe pick up after ourselves a little better?

People suing to keep the ability to generate CSAM need to be removed. That's all, go back to your lives if this doesn't concern you

The added context is that Elon is still suing, and the courts said the ban can go into effect in the meantime.

Also the judge straight up called out the fact that Elon waited until the literal last minute to file the lawsuit, instead of months beforehand when it was already passed and waiting to go into effect.

I sincerely don't even know how he's going to defend this one, but my immediate guess is either "I'm not responsible for what people make with the machine associated with making CSAM" or "I should be legally allowed to do whatever I want because Capitalism".

Probably the former.
