He has a Master of Arts Degree with the University of Phoenix in Adult Education and is currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling. Nicholas has over 10 years of education, training, and coaching experience in the academic and corporate arena. He also has formative experience providing group counseling and serving as a mentor in the Milwaukee community. Dillon has had the opportunity to appear on nati

onal television and has been a keynote speaker at several national conventions. Nicholas has developed his own counseling philosophy that incorporates the cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and works great with both the individual and group counseling process.

What an incredible honor to be part of the ATLHR Conference 2025!

Huge thanks to Dr. Henderson and the NAAAHR Atlanta Chapter for the invitation to speak on “Turning Everyday Moments into Leadership Wins: The Power of Storytelling.” The session was energizing and interactive, with powerful engagement from participants.

The entire three-day event was packed with dynamic speakers, insightful conversations, and practical tools to empower today’s leaders and professionals. Grateful to have contributed and even more inspired by what I gained!
