I’m sure many of you have seen the video where 2 black children were discriminated against by a Sesame Place character & it was recorded. This is an unfortunate incident. Sesame Place thinks a special training is going to fix racism? Ha! No, they need to hire a consulting company to assist them with making sure they hire the right staff who believe in advocacy, equality & inclusiveness for all to make sure no one of color experiences what these 2 babies experienced. However, these children will understand if they don’t now what racism is & the impact of it. They will remember how they felt that day. It will be an experienced etched in their mind forever.

"We know that it's not OK." Sesame Place is apologizing for a family's experience at the park this past weekend that was captured in a now-viral video.

More than 20% of Homebuyers in 2021 are WOMEN! Can you believe that? 🤯

Also, according to Urban.org, between 1990 and 2019, women's homeownership climbed from 50.9 percent to 61.2 percent, while men's homeownership decreased from 70.6 percent to 67.1 percent.

These statistics show us how women throughout the years created an impact, and continue to create an impact in the real estate market and it helps us understand how the industry changes throughout time.

So, if you're a woman in the real estate industry, this is our time y'all! Continue to get yourself out there.

Appreciation post to these amazing women!!! 🥂

Every year on March 8th, the world commemorates International Women's Day. It's a day to celebrate women's economic, political, and social achievements and here at Property Grabbers, we celebrate women's achievements!

On Tuesday, the Women's Team just got a settlement against their bosses at U.S. Soccer which they have been fighting for six years! 🤯 In the teams' future collective bargaining agreements, the United States Soccer Federation has promised to equalize pay between the men's and women's national teams in all events, including the World Cup.

It's really something to celebrate because as women, there are still some unresolved issues that we're still facing today and that includes the real estate industry. Women in real estate also experience pay inequity, especially in high-level positions. Although the first woman joined the NAR in 1910, women had a difficult time serving on real estate boards for the next 40 years or more.
