🚨 MISSING JUVENILE — PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REQUESTED 🚨

The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Carter Samuel-Lewis, who has been reported missing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Carter was last seen on July 23, 2026, at approximately 7:45 a.m., in the 6200 block of Cedar Avenue. Since being reported missing, he has also been seen in the areas of 15th & Market Streets and 60th & Market Streets.

📞 Anyone with information regarding Carter Samuel-Lewis' whereabouts is asked to contact the Philadelphia Police Department's Southwest Detective Division at (215) 686-3183.

Jasmine is 16 years-of-age, 5’7”, 175lbs, wearing a blue tank top, gray sweatshirt, black biker shorts / tights, black Lulu Lemon cross bag, black and gray Nike shoes and a black North Face book-bag.

🚨 MISSING CHILD ALERT- PLEASE SHARE 🚨
Aalyiha Brooks, 13, and Robert Brooks, 11, have been reported missing from Penfield, New York.

The siblings were last seen at approximately 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday after leaving a home and getting into a dark-colored SUV. Both children are from Rochester, New York.

Authorities have not released information about what either child was wearing when they disappeared.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating Aalyiha and Robert. At this time, authorities say there is no information suggesting either child is in immediate danger, but they are urging anyone with information to come forward.
