Storytime! We often find ourselves working while sitting in coffee shops. But sometimes the story happening in front of us is just as good as the one we're creating 😂
Recently, this lady wearing bright mismatched colors and big glasses walks into the cafe with a metal bin of yarn and knitting needles.
She orders her coffee and as she walks away to her table she turns back to the barista and exclaims;
“Oh! Are ghosts allowed in here?”
The barista gave her a puzzled look.
“What?”
“I have ghosts with me. But don’t worry. They’re friendly ghosts. Not like, creepy, Civil War ghosts.”
“Uh, yeah, that’s fine.”
The woman sat down and started pulling out her knitting gear. She continued with the barista;
“Do you believe in the paranormal?!”
“Yeah… I do.”
“Have you ever had any interactions with the paranormal?”
“Uh, yeah, we think my parents' old place had a ghost cat.”
“Did you ever interact with this cat?!!”
“No?…”
“Oh, good. It’s very dangerous without proper training.”
And with that she started knitting while sipping her morning coffee.
