BG Falcon Media is an umbrella organization encompassing student media organizations at Bowling Green State University. These organizations include The BG News, BG24, WBGU-FM, BGRSO (Bowling Green Radio Sports Organization), Key Magazine, The Obsidian, and Falcon Communications.

The BG News
The BG News is Bowling Green State University's campus newspaper published Monday and Thursday offering items of general interest to the broader campus community, including top local campus and city news; and state, regional, national and international news events of significance. Key Magazine and The Obsidian are magazines that print once a semester. Key Magazine was once the University's yearbook, and the Obsidian is a multicultural publication.

BG24 is the video component of Falcon Media that creates a weekly live news show called Falcon Weekly, and weekly sports shows called the Falcon Sports Report and The Swoop. All videos and livestreams can be found on the BG Falcon Media Youtube & Website, or BG24's Twitter and Facebook.

WBGU-FM radio plays underground music. There are many different themed shows including indy, jazz, news, and paranormal activity. Falcon Radio is a primarily a sports station with three flagship sports of volleyball, hockey, and baseball.

Bowling Green Radio Sports Organization (BGRSO)
The Bowling Green Radio Sports Organization (BGRSO) is a student-run sports broadcasting organization at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. We broadcast over 100 BGSU Falcon sports games and matches. In addition, we also host multiple weekly sports radio talk shows.
As of 2017-18, the organization provides flagship coverage (both home and away broadcasts) for three sports teams and select coverage for five teams. We broadcast our content live over-the-air on Falcon Radio and 88.1 WBGU FM, both of which are student-run.
Our goal is to provide quality broadcasts while providing more opportunities for students to prepare and learn what goes into a high quality broadcast. We broadcast more games than other student-run organization in the country. We provide opportunities other than being the voice heard on the radio such as teaching how to correctly run a studio board, how to create promotions to be heard over-the-air the air and to be able to write for the BGRSO Blog. With the cooperation student-run, on campus radio stations 88.1 FM WBGU and Falcon Radio, we provide coverage of various athletic events. We are always looking to add more members. So, if you are a high school student looking to get into the field of sports broadcasting, we provide plenty of opportunities to be prepared for the world of sports broadcasting.
BGRSO holds weekly meetins in Olscamp 117 at 9:00 PM on Tuesday Nights.

Falcon Communications
Falcon Communications is the student-run public relations firm of BGSU Public Relations Student Society of America and BG Falcon Media. Those who join the firm create social media and feature story content for the The BG News, BG 24, WBGU-FM and Bowling Green Radio Sports Organization. For each Falcon Media brand, Falcon Communications members also help coordinate special events and create strategies for how to best market those events to the university community.
