Quick and Healthy Rice and Shrimp Dinner

Ingredients for Rice and Shrimp

4 cups of raw Prato Fino rice
2 teaspoons of saffron
8 cups of beef broth
12 clean medium shrimp
200g of mozzarella
100g of capers
1 cup (tea) extra virgin olive oil
2 sprigs of lettuce for garnish
2 sliced tomatoes for garnish
1 tablespoon chopped onion

How to prepare Rice and Shrimp:

Fry the onion in two tablespoons of oil, let it brown and add the rice.
Cook for a few minutes, adding the beef stock all at once with the saffron, keeping it semi-muffled.
Fry the prawns, previously cooked, in blades; cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Add the cold rice and mix.
Serve on a large plate over lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato slices.

Spinach banana smoothie 😋💎

Ingredients to make Spinach Banana Smoothie:

2 cups fresh or frozen spinach
3 frozen bananas
2 celery/celery stalks
1 peeled pear, chopped
1 peeled apple, chopped
1 slice of fresh grated ginger
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup of water (120 milliliters)

How to make Spinach Banana Smoothie:

1 - We start by preparing the mixture that goes into the base of this tricolor smoothie. For this, put the red fruits, 1 banana and 2-3 tablespoons of water in the blender. Beat very well until these fruits are crushed and you get a creamy beat. Divide this smoothie between 2-3 tall clear glasses and wash or rinse the blender.

Tip: If it takes a while to beat or the mixture is too thick, add a little more water. If you like, you can replace the red fruits with açaí.

2 - Then prepare the yellow layer. For this, blend the pear, apple, 1 banana and grated ginger in a blender. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and blend until smooth. Divide this smoothie between the glasses and re-wash or rinse the blender.

3 - Finally, for the green layer, blend the spinach with the celery and the last banana in a blender. Once again add a little water to the beat to be creamy and homogeneous.

4-Put this spinach banana smoothie in the cups and decorate with red fruits, for example. Serve your colorful smoothie next and enjoy this delicious combination of fruits and properties. Enjoy your food!

HAKE FILET WITH OVEN POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
8 hake fillets
4 raw potatoes (sliced, peeled)
1 bell pepper (cut into rings)
2 tomatoes (cut into slices - seeds are preferred)
1 onion (cut into rings)
Good quality tomato sauce
Oregano
oil to grease

PREPARATION MODE

Season the fillets to your liking and set aside for 10 minutes.
Grease a refractory with oil and make a layer of potato, then arrange the fillets over the potato.
Add the onion, tomato, pepper, oregano to taste, drizzle with tomato sauce (1/2 can).
Cover with the rest of the potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a high oven until the potatoes are tender.

Note: Put pinches of salt on the potatoes.

CREAMY CHICKEN PIE two ways to make it:

INGREDIENTS
PASTA
2 cups of wheat
1 egg
100 g of margarine
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 (tea) of salt
FILLING
250 g of cooked and shredded chicken breast.
1 onion
1/2 cup tomato sauce (pomarola)
1/2 cup of parsley
salt
5 eggs
1 box of sour cream
100 g of cheese
Black pepper
1 pinch of baking powder
PREPARATION MODE
Place the dough ingredients in a container and work with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough. Grease the mold and line with the dough.
Make a stir-fry with the chopped onion, tomato sauce, parsley and add the shredded chicken. Place the cheese cut into cubes on top of the raw dough. Beat the whites and then the yolks. Add the cream and season with salt. Add a pinch of yeast.
Coat the chicken and cheese with this mixture and place in a medium oven to bake for about 40 minutes.

Second option to prepare the creamier chicken pie...😋😲

Ingredients
Pasta
2 cups (300 ml) of milk
2 cups (300 ml) all-purpose flour
1 cup (300 ml) soy oil
100 g grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 whole eggs
1 box of sour cream
Filling
1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
Seasonings to taste
Roof
1 box of sour cream
1 cup of cottage cheese
Preparation mode
The ideal is to start the preparation of the creamy chicken pie with the filling, so that it cools down while you prepare the dough and topping, which avoids damaging the structure of the dough at the time of assembly.

Filling
Saute and season the cooked and shredded chicken breast to your liking.

INGREDIENTS
400 g whole milk powder
230 g of sugar
50 g of instant coffee
5 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
1 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder

PREPARATION MODE
MOUNTING:
Mix powdered milk and instant coffee in a blender (to grind the coffee).
Put the mixture in a container with a lid and add the other ingredients.
Shake the container vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous.

PREPARATION:
Boil 180 ml of water.
Pour the water into a tall glass (it will double in volume).
Add 3 very full tablespoons of cappuccino and mix well until creamy.
Ready!
The tip is to put whipped cream and chocolate frosting on top.

200 grams semisweet chocolate
1/2 box of condensed milk

Preparation mode:

1 can of corn with water
1 can of condensed milk
200 ml of coconut milk
3 tablespoons of margarine
3 tablespoons grated cheese
4 eggs
9 tablespoons of milharina
2 tablespoons of baking powder

MANJAR LIGHT DE COCONUT

INGREDIENTS
1 can of light condensed milk
1 can of light cream
1 glass of light coconut milk
12 g unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup (tea) hot water
1 package unsweetened shredded coconut

PREPARATION MODE
Except the gelatin, put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you get a homogeneous cream.
Then, hydrate the gelatin in hot water and add it to the blender.
Beat some more.
Remove and place in a pudding mold. Leave in the fridge for 6 hours. Unmold, cover with grated coconut or your preferred topping (chocolate sprinkles, cherry, red wine, etc.) and serve.
