“Younger children are easier to teach, unlike those who are pubescent. What you teach the child from a younger age, is what will make the major effect in his adulthood. The child is like an empty jug that will take whatever you fill it with. If you fill it with a pure substance, that is what will pour out”.

These golden words are those of the late M***i of Beirut Sheikh Mustafa Naja. Hence it is very critical to start teaching children the matters of the religion at a very young age; and because children learn by example, the parents should be good role models for their children and teach them the excellent manners and principles of Islam in order for them to grow as successful adults and to establish the righteous society.

It's time to participate! Show your knowledge about the Seerah and your love for the Prophet ﷺ, the one with the greatest Seerah, by entering our limited time raffle competition and giveaway.

Here's what you need to do:
(Youth participation ages 6-13)
1- ✏️Write or type something you learned, a fact about the Seerah or attribute of the Prophet ﷺ, or make a video, short presentation, card, poster, or nasheed.

2-📎📩 Email it to us on [email protected], mention your name and where you're from, so we can reach out with the winner from our raffle on September 23rd. 📚

Have you Been to Mecca?

Mecca is the best city on earth and the most beloved place to our Prophet. When you enter Mecca you are struck by an awe; it is not like any other city you have seen. We are all familiar with the pictures of the Kaabah, the mosque and the structures around it but most of us are not familiar with images of the landscape of the city. It has a peculiar terrain; bare grayish brown mountains and hills with houses built on the slopes. You don’t see forests nor flowing rivers, yet it is visited by millions each year and is blessed with a spring of healing water that does not dry—Zamzam. People from all over the world come to this rough terrain with zeal and passion and leave with nostalgia, having experienced the most moving and amazing trip in their life. Just ask any pilgrim !
