What a great screening event for and .center Hollywood Studios Summer Camp Program. These wonderful campers worked diligently on their film, which took 4 days to write, film, and edit to show to family and friends.

Thank you to & .center for allowing us to do their program this year.

We look forward to many more successful joint projects.

You can't rush mastery or learn everything in a single day. Embrace the power of baby steps, giving yourself the time and space to grow and develop.

Trying to tackle everything at once can lead to burnout and frustration. Instead, break it down, prioritize what matters most, and focus on what you can achieve today. If you don’t master something right away, don’t be discouraged. Tomorrow is another chance to keep moving forward—step by step—until you’ve mastered it and are ready to tackle the next challenge.

Success is built through consistency and patience. Keep pushing forward, and trust that each small step is bringing you closer to your goal.

Find Joy in What You Do

Our career journeys can often feel overwhelming, especially when the pinnacle of success seems so distant, and it feels like we’ve been at the bottom for far too long.

But remember, FIND JOY in what you do. Joy is unwavering—it’s a steady force that doesn’t fade when you hold onto it. Even as you climb that ladder of success, your joy may need to evolve with each step, but as long as you carry it with you, no challenge or setback can truly break you.

And for my fellow Christian entertainers, take heart in the words from 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

So, hold onto that joy. Never surrender it, no matter how tough the road may seem—You are unstoppable.

Do Your Research.

No matter what part of the entertainment industry you’re aiming for—or any career, really—one thing is non-negotiable: you must do your research.

Don’t walk into a career blindly. Know what you’re signing up for. Understand the dos and don’ts, the behind-the-scenes workings, the protocols, the expectations. Preparation is power.

If you're seeking representation—an agent, a manager, a mentor—dig deep. Research them. Make sure they align with your vision, your values, and your goals. And trust—they’re researching you, too.

So take this as your reminder:
DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Get Rest

In this chaotic world we live in, it can feel like the only way to keep up is to work constantly. But let me assure you, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

We all need downtime. We need a day of rest to recharge, to reflect, and to reconnect—with ourselves and with God. Taking that time allows you to restore your energy mentally, physically, and spiritually.

So take it. Rest. And I promise, the day after, you'll find yourself performing at a higher level than if you hadn’t paused.

Don't Stress Over Success

It’s easy to fall into the trap of asking yourself:
“Why haven’t I made it yet?”
“Why am I not where I want to be?”
“Why hasn’t it happened for me?”

Take a step back. Take a breath.

Success isn’t something that shows up overnight—it’s built through consistency, passion, and persistence. Stress won’t speed things up. In fact, it can distract you from your journey.

So breathe. Stay focused. Keep training. Keep networking. Keep showing up. Trust the Process.

Dealing With Rejection

In the world of entertainment, performance, and art, rejection is part of the journey. You’ll often hear more no’s than yes’s—but don’t let that break your spirit.

Sometimes, you might not fit the look, skin color, voice, energy, or type that the Casting Director or Interviewer is looking for. That doesn’t mean you lack talent or potential. It just means that particular door wasn’t yours to walk through.

Keep going.
Keep growing.
Keep showing up.

Success in this industry doesn’t come from being accepted every time—it comes from persevering every time you’re not.

Take in the constructive feedback that teaches, leave what doesn't, and keep moving forward in your development.
