Subject Strength
STRENGTH..."Strength is definitive of courage, bravery or something held firmly together that's considered unbreakable. When we think in terms of deriving strength from within.... we begin to manage a mindset to entertain being self-sufficient... I've challenged myself to dig deep within to find a strength that's self-sufficient... only to find that it doesn't exist. What I did find was that no matter how much strength we claim to self-sufficiently possess... as human beings we'll definitely suffer moments of weakness whereupon the strength we thought we possessed was not a strength of our own or we could call self-sufficient. So, if man isn't self-sufficiently strong then where does he derive his inner strength from? Often times I equate our inception into life with being carried in the womb. Clearly, it’s a time where the child has no knowledge of his/her existence or purpose in life. Therefore, the child is naturally dependent upon a power greater than himself to bring him into the knowledge of why he exists. He is further compelled to rely solely on this higher power greater than himself to guide him through this space in time where he has no knowledge. Therefore, to continue to navigate through this journey of no knowledge of self...would require you to depend upon a power greater than yourself to derive strength from. For some people they truly struggle with comprehending a belief in the unseen. Most often times they attribute what is seen to be factual while the unseen experiences much scrutiny and denial of being factual. However, this appears extremely counterproductive to how a majority of people when faced with immediate danger, fear, or adversity in life...they immediately scream, holler and calls for that power greater than himself. OMG.
