I originally posted this meme in April of 2017. I never imagined it would be relevant 8 years later. THE NEEDS TO BE ABOLISHED. The United States is currently the only democracy that uses an electoral college system to elect its president.🤔🤦🏾‍♂️

Original caption: I must admit, I’ve been fooled and used by females before when I SHOULD have known better, but it’s been pretty easy for me to see through these politicians’ obvious B.S. Trump has pulled the ultimate narcissistic con on this country. He was able to gain hundreds of millions of supporters for his presidency even though his bad behavior has been on public display for DECADES. And even after all the obvious campaign lies *oops, I mean promises* have been exposed, his supporters still vehemently defend him. It’s basically a nation-wide case of trauma-bonding/cognitive dissonance. His narcissistic ego is receiving constant narcissistic supply since EVERYBODY is constantly talking about him, (whether positive or negative), and he knows he retains so many supporters who defend him even when they know it is detrimental to themselves, their careers and their families. This dude is sitting up in the White House laughing, saying, “Got eeeeem!”😂😂😂 Unless he gets impeached or leaves office in disgrace, I’m sure he will die as “happy” as a narcissist can be (because they are emotionally bankrupt and are never truly happy).😒

So, I was networking at today when somebody tapped on my shoulder like he knew me. I was like, “who is this grown man walking up on me?” I turned and saw my nephew smiling at me. Can’t believe this dude is 21 now! I’m proud of this young King! My sister did a good job.💪🏽💪🏽

The argument about who started hip-hop, specifically between "Black," people is a distraction and a PSYOP. Marcus Garvey was the founder of Pan-Africanism and he was Jamaican, so I'm not sure where all this hate between members of the African Diaspora comes from, other than Willie Lynch Syndrome and the generational impacts of the systemic miseducation of enslaved and colonized people and their descendants. I understand the "FBA" label is supposed to help us identify who is truly owed reparations, but all this "tether" talk, name-calling and ad hominem attacks are useless, and we're just falling for and participation in the same divide and conquer tactics that have kept us from making REAL progress as a people.
