Philadelphia schools have apparently decided that it can't offer remote instruction since it can't make it available for all students, including those with disabilities. Not sure what other districts are doing. What have you seen?

Because the district cannot ensure equal access to technology among students, it’s barring individual schools from providing any virtual instruction.
