From dorm room doughnuts to five-star foie gras, we showcase the best eats in Philly and beyond and support students who want to enter the food industry. Penn Appétit publishes one award-winning print issue each semester and daily digital blog content highlighting the photography, design, and editorial skills of our club. This evening at the Institute of Contemporary Art the staff will celebrate the book with hors-d'oeuvres and meet-and-greet opportunities with the people who made the recipes, including some Penn Alumni.
