Welcome to our new Culinary members!

To kick off the semester, the Penn Appétit Culinary Committee took on a Culinary Challenge! Teams had just 30 minutes to incorporate three mystery ingredients, dates, Rice Krispies cereal, and cream cheese, into their dishes.

Our chefs got creative, whipping up:
🍴 Brown butter date whipped bites
🍴 Spam rice bowls
🍴 Prosciutto & Rice Krispies-wrapped cream cheese balls
🍴 Date mousse with peach purée
🍴 Date trifle
🍴 Cheesecake tartlets

Thank you to everyone who came out for the challenge! We hope you had fun! 🤎
