If you follow me in other places on the interwebs, you may know that several years ago I started a journey to reduce the toxins in my life . . .to make better choices, based on new knowledge and to develop new habits based on new goals.

I never thought I'd be able to meditate . . .but I've clocked in more than 4,000 minutes . . .I'm still trying to master moving my body more and making better food choices. Not everything is a win out of the gate - right? 🤣

Recently, I decided to start a new brand of supplements that helps with mental wellness (think mood, motivation and stress resilience). I’m about 2 weeks in now, and it seems like this could be a game changer. A much needed game changer.

And I'll be taking you along for the ride!! 🎢
