There’s something about sleeping with the fan on that just flips the brain into off mode. It’s not even about being hot half the time, it’s the steady hum that drowns out every random thought, creaky house noise, and “did I lock the door” spiral. The fan becomes white noise, a lullaby, and emotional support appliance all in one. Silence lets your thoughts run wild, but that fan says nope, we’re sleeping now.
