When ZAC first opened, Dartmoor School trusted us to completely redesign their marketing, and that relationship has continued to grow ever since. Today, we manage their digital ad campaigns throughout the year, including these ParentMap publications, while also supporting their team with custom certificate holders, course selection schedules, registrar materials, campaign copywriting, and branded collateral. Our goal is to serve as an extension of their marketing team by organizing assets, housing materials, planning campaign rollouts, and creating a seamless process that allows every touchpoint to feel consistent, strategic, and on brand. We love partnering with clients who value long-term collaboration and thoughtful design.

More than a feature wall, this is the story of Chicago's Austin neighborhood.

Designed for ACT (Austin Coming Together), this installation celebrates the history of Chicago's Austin neighborhood while creating space for its future.

A graphic interpretation of the neighborhood's street grid, dimensional lettering featuring the transit map, and community displays come together to create more than artwork. They create a place for conversation, pride, and connection.

Best of all, the installation was designed to evolve. As Austin grows, so can the stories it tells.

Great placemaking isn't static. It grows with the community.

Exploring ideas is an important part of the design process.

While developing a recent multifamily signage and wayfinding program, we sketched this monument sign concept to study scale, branding, and site presence at the property's main entrance. The project ultimately moved in a different direction, but we thought it was worth completing the visualization and sharing as a look at some of the early design exploration that happens before final decisions are made.

Not every idea moves forward, but every idea helps shape the solution.

“Another great event. Thanks to ULI Philadelphia for having us. Met a bunch of great people and the panelists inspired me to work on a few new things in the upcoming weeks to keep growing, changing, and evolving the business.

We’ve moved around a lot over the years and the people, collaborations, and opportunities I’ve had because of that have truly shifted my perspective. The way I approach design, projects, and business in general has been directly influenced by these moves and the amazing people along the way.

After some very thoughtful discussions last night, I’m very excited for what’s next and I’m looking forward to new opportunities and continued partnerships in the Philadelphia area.
