Building your belief system is like working out your body. To strengthen it and keep it healthy, you must fill it with beneficial things. Your belief in yourself and the things you want grows when you nurture it.

Try this ✨
#1️⃣ First thing in the morning, when you wake, get up and say a 5-minute prayer asking God to lead you today.
#2️⃣ Before checking IG, FB, TikTok, or your emails, listen to a 5-10 minute inspiration video/podcast to start your day.
#3️⃣ Create 3 affirmation cards using the words “I am happy and grateful now that I’m _____________ “ then insert whatever it is you want. Say these affirmations out loud, twice a day!
