Each project the crew takes on is an exploration into something new, which is exactly where “Naut” comes from. We see the lens as a way of connecting our love of storytelling with the impetus to discover new ways of telling those stories. Naut was founded by writer/director Dom Hilton and producer/composer Brendan McGeehan, who also engage a dynamic of nourishing collaboration with a crew of professionals in various fields, such as cinematography, graphic design, animation, special effects compositing, make-up, sound, and lighting. Additionally, Naut Pictures enlists the talents of a rotating cast of regular actors and other crew members who define the style and tone set forth in every film. With a prolific output of three short films wrapped in 2012 alone, Naut Pictures is already looking forward to their next project, or foray into something new.
