Tonight's the night!

Horse Meat Disco gallops into town from London!

Here are some answers to questions you may have:

The party starts at 9:00 p.m and goes till 2 a.m.
It is best to get here when we open, to avoid lines and to keep things running smoothly.

Any event updates will be posted on our Instagram

Clothes check will be $5 cash or venmo.
Pack lightly and dress up or dress down.
21 and up only.

Bring your ID and have your Eventbrite tickets ready at the door.

Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off points are as follows. The address for pickup and drop off is
1373 Ridge Avenue, 19123 this should help keep Broad Street clear to make entry and exits easier.

The Broad Street Subway Line also runs directly to the club, get off at the Fairmount station.

DJ sets are as follows:

Big Room: opening up at 9pm
Horse Meat Disco at 10pm

Halloween Lounge: and from 9pm to close.

Annex Lounge: open to close.

We will have a photographer taking pictures. They will ask consent, you should as well if you are taking selfies etc. Best thing to do is just put your phone away and dance. 😘

Be nice. Have fun. Look out for each other and yourself. Porkroll is about q***r positivity, there's no room for racism, sexism, ageism, homophobia, or transphobia. Consent is always important. We're here to dance together and to celebrate good music. Whether it's house, disco, acid, or polka we are about having a good time and looking out for each other.

We all have a love hate relationship with the smartphone and clubbing. I personally put mine away if I'm out dancing. I just wish more people did as well.

The roots of house music are so far beyond what we're seeing now.

People holding their phones while they record a moment rather than dancing with each other and sharing the experience. This is recorded from this past weekend at a super club in Ibiza called Unvrs. It hold 10,000 people at a time. Bottled water is $20.

While some visuals at clubs are nice, so much of this is a distraction.

Not a fan of this type of event, and that's not just me speaking as a DJ that's been doing this for many years.

Not to yuck other people's yums, it's not my thing but go off and enjoy it if that's your thing. There are plenty of us folks who are happy with a dark room with a simple lighting setup a great sound system and some great music. 🎶🥰
