bpd does not have one look. 🤍 i asked you guys what bpd rage feels like for you personally, and these responses really show just how differently it can show up from person to person. we can experience similar emotions, symptoms, and struggles while still having completely different internal experiences. there’s no one right way to have bpd, and that’s something i think is really important to remember. :3 🫂
