NEW Helicopter Model Kit Release! – Italeri 1/72 scale AS332 Super Puma ( #91096) – Available Now!

The AS332 Super Puma is a medium twin-engine helicopter with a four-blade rotor designed by the French company Aérospatiale, now Airbus Helicopters. Equipped with two Turbomeca engines, it can reach a cruising speed of 260 km/h. The helicopter’s airframe was designed to withstand intensive use in all operational environments, including long-range missions, thanks to a range of 800 km. Furthermore, the adoption of retractable landing gear significantly improves aerodynamics during flight phases. The combination of these features has, over time, built the reputation of the “Super Puma” as a robust, reliable helicopter, ideal for the most demanding and challenging military and civilian missions. It has also been continuously upgraded in terms of avionics and electronic navigation support systems to further extend its useful operational life.

This kit is 10” in length when completed. Includes light gray and clear plastic parts and a super waterslide decal sheet for 3 versions. Figures are not included. This is a scale plastic model kit to be assembled following the detailed instructions and does not include glue or paints.

NEW HO Scale Train Release! – Trix/Marklin 2-8-4 Berkshire Steam Locomotives ( #25983/ #37983) – Available Now!

Only a few steam locomotives in the USA became true legends – the powerful "Berkshires" were among them. Developed in the Roaring Twenties, they reflected the post-World War I economic boom, when railroads had to handle ever-increasing transport volumes. In 1925, LIMA Locomotive Works developed the "Berkshires," the first so-called super-power steam locomotive. They were named after their first route through the Berkshire Mountains.

Prototype highlights: Southern Pacific “Berkshire” steam locomotive with the 2-8-4 wheel arrangement. Deep black basic paint scheme. Road number 3505. The loco looks as it did between 1945 and 1950. One of 25 locomotives built with the striking Coffin feed-water heater. Length approximately 12-5/16".

Product highlights: Completely new tooling; Especially intricate metal construction; Many separately applied details; Factory-installed smoke generator with speed-dependent, dynamic smoke exhaust; The cab lighting can be controlled digitally; Seated figures of a locomotive engineer and fireman in the cab; Digital decoder with extensive operating and sound functions; and Buffer capacitor to bridge short unpowered sections of track.

Two versions available:
Trix #25983 – 2 rail DC powered. DCC, mfx- and RailCom-enabled.
Marklin #37983 – 3 rail AC powered. World of Operation mfx+ decoder and extensive light and sound functions included.

NEW Slot Car Release! – AFX Racing 1966 Shelby GT350 (Blue with White Stripes) Mega G+ HO scale Slot Car ( #22149) – Available Now!

To understand the significance of the 1966 GT350, you first must know its predecessor, the ’65. Famously driven by Mark Donohue, the 1965 GT350R helped launch one of the most celebrated racing careers of the era and cemented Shelby’s place in performance history. That success put the spotlight on the GT350 name and made the transition into the 1966 model year even more important. While mechanical changes - such as the dash tach and some performance upgrades distinguished the ’66 from the original ’65, it was the expansion of exterior colors and the nuanced use of racing stripes that most visibly defined the ’66 GT350. Finished here in Sapphire Blue with White Stripes, this example captures the bold styling that made the car instantly recognizable on the street and highly sought-after by collectors today.

Like its full-size counterpart, AFX designed its 1966 Shelby GT350’s for speed and stability. It sports the AFX Mega G+ 1.7” long wheelbase chassis, ensuring flawless handling on even the most demanding tracks.
