Cesar Morales Perez was born and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He left his home in 2019 to join the U.S. Air Force and dedicate his life to service. He has been an Active Duty member stationed at Dover Air Force base in Dover, DE ever since. With years of experience in aircraft maintenance and military aviation, Cesar has developed strong leadership and discipline skills while maintaining an attitude of integrity and high sense of duty.

Cesar entered the real estate world with the intention of providing his clients with the best experience and service through active listening, clear communication and attention to detail. Cesar became a Realtor to inspire and get inspired: as an avid reader, self-growth is key to his personal success.
