September is Su***de Prevention Month, a time to support mental health and wellness in our schools and communities. Su***de is preventable, and with knowledge and compassion, we can all make a difference. MCOE supports this work year-round with free trainings in QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer), Mental Health First Aid, and A.I.D. (Awareness, Interaction, Direction). These programs give educators and community members the tools to recognize warning signs and respond with hope.
