👻 Spooky One-Pan Goulash!🍝
Quick, cozy, protein-packed… and yes, topped with mozzarella skulls. 😏🧠
Save this for your next fall dinner! 🙌
Perfect for busy weeknights, picky eaters, AND adding a little Halloween fun to your menu.
Here’s what you’ll need:
• 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
• 16 oz *protein* noodles of choice
• 1 (32 oz) jar pasta sauce
• 3 cups chicken or bone broth
• 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning + dried onion
• Mozzarella + Parmesan
• Salt + pepper
How to make it:
1️⃣ Brown your ground turkey/chicken in a large skillet. Season to taste.
2️⃣ Add noodles + broth (add a splash of water if noodles aren’t covered).
3️⃣ Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, & cook until al dente (9–12 min).
4️⃣ While noodles cook, grab a silicone skull mold (optional but SO fun).
• Fill with mozzarella
• Air fry or bake at 350° for ~8 min
• Chill 10 min, then pop out your cheesy skulls 💀
5️⃣ Add pasta sauce + seasonings to your pan. Stir & simmer 12 min.
6️⃣ Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan, then top with your mozzarella skulls.
