I’M HIRING A SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST 🤍 here is who I’m looking for and how to apply.

Nimal Studios is seeking a talented Social Media Strategist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion to our clients. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with our founder (me!), devising content, overseeing social media campaigns, and assessing performance metrics to fine-tune our social media initiatives. We’re seeking someone who’s not only a creative mind but also data-savvy, possessing a deep grasp of social media platforms and current trends.

The pay for this role will be $20-$25/hour, depending on experience and abilities. ⁠The position is 100% remote and only available to US applicants.⁠

We are looking for someone with:
➤ Develop strategies for, and manage all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok) and new channels, devising strategies and report on their success
➤ Develop content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice in collaboration with the founder.
➤ Content creation specifically story graphics
➤Community management
➤ Optimize content with effective tagging, titling, and keywords.
➤ Report campaign success using client-defined KPIs and explore innovative engagement strategies.
➤ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and news influencing content strategy.
➤ Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, track KPIs, and provide regular reports.
➤ Write engaging captions for marketing and editorial campaigns, ensuring factual accuracy, grammatical correctness, and brand alignment.
➤ Paid Ads experience is a major bonus!

It allows you to make data-driven decisions that can help you achieve your goals on social media and most importantly keep you on track to reaching your goals.

Here are four steps on how to do this properly:

What is it that I'm trying to reach and why?

2️⃣ Identify your key metrics
How will I track my performance?

3️⃣ Using analytical tools to keep track
What programs am I utilizing to see these results?

4️⃣ Analyze the data + optimize
How am I taking these results and optimizing them for better results?

Your journey is completely yours. It is 𝓊𝓃𝒾𝓆𝓊𝑒. Others may try to steal part of it, tell it in their words or shape it to suit them. Reality is no one can live it or own it but you. ☁️

This quote reminds me that each person's life is their own and no one can dictate or control it. It's important to embrace and honor our own journey, even if it's different from others'.
We should focus on living our lives authentically and pursuing our own dreams and passions. And most importantly don’t compare you journey to others, it’s meant for you and only you.

Is there a true cost to managing your social media yourself? 🤔

Allow me to explain ⬇️⬇️⬇️

While managing social media yourself may seem like a cost-effective option, the true cost can be much higher than you think. Studies show that on average, it takes a minimum of 7 hours a week to manage just one account properly. That, in total, can end up being 28+ hours a month, JUST on Instagram alone (not including other social media platforms). If social media isn't your strong skillset, it can take even longer for you to manage your account by yourself.

Hiring a social media manager can save time, avoid missed opportunities, develop effective strategies, and maintain your brand reputation without you having to lift a finger.

Believe it or not, I consistently have to remind myself of this, especially running and operating my agency.

Getting burnt out is accurate and not only puts a significant strain on your productivity but also affects your performance overall.

We all have big goals we want to achieve, and sometimes it's easy to get a little impatient and work extra hard. But make sure you are taking the necessary steps to check in on yourself and how you are doing so that you can show up being the best you can be.
