Butterscotch Brownies
Not safe for my diet as it does have egg and dairy in it. But it’s 100% from scratch so no strange additives or unknown contaminants like from a box or pouch.

Because when you are chronically sick you always need a buddy by your side.
Every morning like clockwork she is up when I am up and always at my feet.
She is also really good at knowing when I am going to have too much sugar - she will jump up to my desk and constantly place herself between me and my snack. 😆 She is training well.

The second time I made this I added cinnamon as well.
Next version I am adding some mint…

We are getting back to the basics around here by eating cleaner and healthier.

Yes we stocked up on eggs because I know how long they last and how to test them.
Did you know it’s only been a few years since eggs started having expired dates rather than packaged dates 🤔 seems like the government is controlling our food….
