π FIRST FULL MOON OF THE YEAR β LANTERN FESTIVAL
What Should You Do This Year?
The Lantern Festival (First Full Moon of the Year) is traditionally the first full moon night of the lunar year β a symbol of completion, renewal, and energetic reactivation.
In previous years, this was often the time I shared guidance on how to:
β’ Moonbathe to absorb lunar energy
β’ Cleanse and purify spiritual items
β’ Pray for peace, blessings, and prosperity
However, this year coincides with a Total Lunar Eclipse β also known as a βBlood Moon.β
Since ancient times, celestial events associated with a red hue have been regarded as unusual phenomena, symbolizing transition, turbulence, and intense energetic cleansing.
Therefore, this year it is not recommended to perform strong energy-activation or manifestation rituals outdoors.
After March, when the energetic field stabilizes, I will share updates regarding energy practices.

β
So what should you do this First Full Moon?
β
Visit temples, churches, monasteries, or sacred places
(Keep a calm and centered heart rather than asking for too much.)
β
Drink warm floral or fruit tea to strengthen Yang energy
(Yes, I do carry this type βΊοΈ)
β
If you feel tired or low in energy, keep your home lights on throughout the full moon night until the morning of the 16th
(Maintain a warm and illuminated space.)
β Limit moonbathing and avoid activating spiritual items outdoors.
During a lunar eclipse, Yin energy tends to be stronger than usual.
Those who are energetically sensitive or physically weaker should stay indoors for stability and comfort. During menstruation, it is especially advisable to rest indoors.
There is no need for fear.
Simply adapt in harmony with the timing of Heaven.
π Wishing everyone a peaceful First Full Moon β
Clear mind, balanced energy, and steady spirit. π
