Life lately has felt like a mix of beautiful moments and quiet stretching seasons. The days seem full, yet also fleeting… but they’re also shaping a stronger, more patient version of me. between responsibilities, small joys, and unexpected challenges, i’m starting to notice how much growth can happen in the in-between moments.

I’ve been reflecting a lot on growth and what truly matters in this season. Not everything is figured out, but I’m learning to trust the process. There’s beauty in the stretching, even when it’s uncomfortable. Taking it one day at a time, with grace and gratitude💐

The way I got smacked by the flu and was out for 72hrs. Omg. I’m so happy to be on the mend!!! I was on a tea, fruit, vitamin c diet. So happy to be back eating normal again lol
