I bought a $7,000 truck off FB marketplace to surprise my fiance!

Story time!👇

My (soon to be) mother-in-law came to stay with me while Tanner was out of town and we were on a mission to find us a work truck! We needed a reliable & affordable truck that we can haul stuff to & from town and she literally found the perfect truck. A mint condition 1994 F-150, only ever had 2 owners & 89,000 original miles. This truck was in such good condition we couldn’t believe it! We drove 6 hours round trip to bring her home! The “FO” is missing on the “FORD” sign so we named it ‘Erd’ 😆

Tanner couldn’t have been more stoked & neither could I. As a little girl my dream car was my uncles 1990 Ford Ranger that I wanted to wrap pink 🤣

Safe to say Erd is quite the dream truck 🛻😎✨

bliss is being out here with my family 🏔️🐾🦋

…and having the right vehicle to get me there!

finally getting to take the fur-runner adventuring after feeling like we are finally settled from moving. on our way to the lake my neighbor was collecting firewood on his property & was like “you’re going there in this???” (most of the locals take their atv’s up) and I was like yes ???

ended up being the easiest off roading I’ve ever done 😆 thanks to my epic build by 😎

we built an off grid - creek filled - wood fired hot tub! 🪵🔥🏔️

no chlorine, no chemicals, just a feeding trough from tractor supply and a stainless steel coil kit from & fresh mountain water from our creek! 💦

it’s been about a month since we moved into our little cabin in the mountains & it’s been everything I could have hoped for & more!

I’ve been spending countless hours by the creek, reading books, and exploring our local hikes!
