✅mix of veggies your choice
✅1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
✅1 tbsp of Italian seasonings
✅Salt anfd Pepper to taste
✅1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
✅Almond milk or Regular milk or Coconut milk
✅shredded Chickens , cooked
✅ Rotini Protein Pasta( you can use any pasta)
✅Shredded Parmesan cheese.
✅Lemon juice ( optional)
Preheat oven at 350 degree ferenheit. Bake for 45 min- 1 hour depending on tge portions size of your veggies.

Homemade Cottage Cheese Protein Bread

Ingredients
• 3¼ cups bread flour or All purpose Flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup nutritional yeast
• 2½ tbsp chia seeds
• 1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoons Olive Oil
• 1 cup lukewarm water
• 1 packet active dry yeast
• 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
In a large bowl combine:
• bread flour
• salt
• nutritional yeast
• chia seeds
Cottage Cheese
Olive Oil
Add wet ingredients
Luke warm water with honey.
- Knead the dough
Knead 8–10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
(Add a little flour if sticky.)
- First rise
Cover and let rise 45–60 minutes until doubled.
- Shape
Form into a loaf and place into a lightly greased loaf pan.
- Second rise
Let rise another 30-45 minutes.
- Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool
Let the loaf cool at least 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Why this bread is great for fitness
• Nutritional yeast → extra protein + B vitamins
• Chia seeds → fiber + omega-3
• Cottage cheese → additional protein and softness in the crumb

Approximate protein: ~8–10 g per slice depending on slice size.

🍌🍫 Healthy Banana Chocolate Mousse Cake

Craving chocolate but still want to stay on track? This quick, healthy, and guilt-free dessert is perfect when you want something sweet without ruining your goals 💪🏽✨

✅ Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup almond milk
. 4-5 Majool Dates

🥣 Preparation:
1. Add ripe bananas, cocoa powder, Dates and almond milk into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth, creamy, and mousse-like.
3. Pour into a bowl or small cake mold. 4. Baje at 350 degree Ferenheit for about 20-25 mins .
5. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.
6. Top with berries, nuts, or dark chocolate if you want extra flavor.

That’s it! Simple, clean, and delicious. You don’t have to diet… just eat clean and stay consistent 🔥
