Don’t confuse aesthetics for branding… we’ve heard it time and time again “have an aesthetic grid”… 😤🙄
Here’s the thing, that doesn’t mean it has to be minimalist and earth tones to be aesthetically pleasing! (Unless that’s your visual branding of course) My branding, thanks to .go.studio , is strong across my social posts and websites. It’s not pampas grass and matcha lattes🌾, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t ~aesthetic~ It’s very cute, fun, and consistent! I’m all checkers and exciting colors and fun sticker elements, and I wouldn’t have it any other way❤️‍🔥🏁
So next time you hear someone say “make an aesthetic social page”, what you should HEAR is “make your page visually branded”. 👏😎

The smallest of niches often make the strongest of communities! Your products may not be “mainstream”, but that’s your superpower❤️‍🔥 instead of regular ole followers and customers, you’re attracting that special someone. The someone that understands/respects the work behind the scenes. The someone that will sing your business’s praises till the cows come home. The someone who comes back to purchase time and time again. The someone who becomes a die hard fan and looks forward to seeing your posts or coming into your shop. Special peeps like this are priceless, and keep us going on our hardest days. I know that’s why I chose to work with studios and small biz makers… they’re my kinda people. 🥰🔥🎨

This time of year, it’s easy to look at other shops and businesses and think “I should be doing that too”. 🤦🏻‍♀️here’s the problem with that thinking…
Just because it works for them & their customers, doesn’t mean it’ll work for you. The ideas and advice out there are bountiful, so remember to stop and ask these two things: “does this benefit me or my customers?” & “does it easily integrate into what I’m already doing/offering?”👏👏
If the answer isn’t a resounding yes for both questions, file the idea away for revisiting when it isn’t the busiest time of year or toss the idea out all together. Sticking to what works for you (aka makes money) is always the better option!😎🤘🏽

🔥Stop getting in your own way! Too often we keep modifying & fine tuning in an effort to make that product or service perfect, trying to meet unrealistic expectations that only WE have for ourselves.. no one else is able to see how “perfect” it is or not anyway! It’s good to consider the what-if’s and plan accordingly, but at a certain point, you gotta just go for it.👏 🏁😎

If you don’t show your customer, they can’t see how amazing your product is.😍
If you don’t highlight it’s benefit to the customer’s life, they don’t know they need it. 🤔
If you don’t mention how it works, or where to buy it, they won’t understand how to get the most of your product or experience.💰
Bottom line, if you don’t talk about it, your customers don’t know it exists. And you can’t sell a ghost!👻😎

It implies perfection is the goal *cringe* and will be reached with some magical amount of practice. Also, how do we know it’s finally ✨perfect✨?!🤔
We deserve to enjoy the process. We are worthy of trial and error. Learning is how we grow; mistakes should not be full of shame and considered as failure!👏
So as you step into something new, ie obeying the IG lords and making videos, remind yourself perfection isn’t the goal. And repeat after me: learn, practice, repeat! ❤️‍🔥🏁💫
