This is why we offer GUARANTEED Hours, as you know I can’t throw out $130K per year because that is a MADE UP flat-rate pay + an ungodly amount of hours booked and coming in on the weekend.

That’s not a life, not what we ask of our team.

However, if you are a technician with 8+ years of experience, have an extensive toolset, are skilled in diagnosing vehicles, drivability and are ASE Certified:

We offer a STRONG hybrid pay plan where you are GUARANTEED up to 40 hours per week and starts at $60K per year GUARANTEED + Commission on flagged hours (This could push you over $100K per year.)

To back that up we pay for the BEST tools, systems, and software to make you more efficient.

Then we knock off at 6 PM every day, no weekends. We want our team to have a good work-life balance.

Hi extended family - 2 announcements -

1 - we need a helper at the shop. From noon to about 9pm.

Must be able to change tires and do oil changes.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Must be willing to learn new mechanical skills
Must be able to keep the shop clean, neat, and organized
Must be able to detail cars
Must be honest and humble
Must be drug free
Must have reliable transport and phone
Must be punctual
Paid weekly - for 5 or 6 days, your choice.
Base pay is $100/day. Weekly bonuses if you hit target, work at least 40 and meet performance criteria. Up to an additional $300.
