💡 Engagement and content creation tip!⁣
Have you implemented that relate to your brand into your strategy? They make for great engagement when you use it in hashtag form. ⁣

For example today is (clearly this has nothing to do with my brand lol), but if you're a PT you should be making sure to use days like this in your social calendar. ⁣
⁣
You could use a social media holiday to promote a sale, do a giveaway, or just to increase your engagement. Every year a new holiday gets added so you will need to review your yearly/monthly calendar to make sure you're updated on anything new or any changes.⁣
⁣
So here's your homework for the week. Hop on google and look for any social media holidays you can use for the next 6 months. Then you'll already be ahead of the game and can plan accordingly!⁣

👮‍♂️ GO TO JAIL? This seems like a no brainer, but as a business owner you'll really want to not get on Facebooks bad side and end of up in dreaded Facebook jail. If you end up in FB jail via your personal page then your business pages will also be effected. Therefore you won't be able to respond to comments or publish any of your posts.⁣
⁣
The penalties can be not posting for days or even a month. Depending on the severity they might just delete your entire page or profile and you don't need that happening.⁣
⁣
Here's a few tips on staying out of Jail:⁣
👉 Be mindful of the things you say on Facebook.⁣
👉 Don't spam your Facebook business page (or any other page) with a ton of content or messaging others. ⁣
👉 Create original content. ⁣
👉 Stay up to date on Facebooks TOS.⁣
⁣
If you're currently in Facebook jail you'll have to do your time, but next time be mindful you could be missing on posting days worth of content or conversing with new or old customers. Stay out jail! ⁣

📲Instagram recently updated their terms of service. I know lots of rumors and images are going around so watch this video to be informed on the new update that goes into effect December 2020. As a business/brand owner you want to make sure you're not doing anything that VIOLATES their TOS. ⁣

🥱🤖 Bots and buying followers are so 2017. It also places a huge risk on your account by using bots and purchasing followers. Do you seriously want to risk your reputation with Instagram and violate their terms of service? Look...at LeRainbow we don't do that here!

You purchase the followers, you use the bots to try and increase engagement and now look at you shadow-banned and nobody see's your content. Your brand doesn't grow. Your posts are underperforming. You're Instagram has now been banished to the shadow realm.

Doing social media organically and manually isn't always easy. It's a grind, but you're already a bad ass at the grind life so a little more hard work into growing your brand won't hurt you. In the long run you'll see results. You'll build a solid community of followers and customers that will support your brand. Just say NO to bots and buying followers.

So I'm creating my for the end of 2020/2021 year and honestly I'm really feeling gradients right now. I'm even using them on the current major brand I run.

I honestly love the color palette I've chosen to already go with the colors of the LeRainbow brand. As a small business owner it's critical to keep a consistent aesthetics for your brand. If your logo is vibrant like mines this leaves you with lots of room to play around when creating content.

Your brand identity matters! So when creating content make sure you know the numbers in your color palette. When you're using tools like or you'll be able to keep the aesthetics by knowing these numbers. (Save them to your notes).

I swear the last time I posted I said I would be scheduling a WEEKS work of content and HONEY look at me! So here's my social media walk of shame, but also this is the low of a very busy social media manager. 😉

So like many small business owners I also get into that "I don't feel like posting" funk and then weeks go by and I just don't post. Raise your hand if you get into this way as well. ✋

So starting TODAY I will be posting as consistently as I tell my consulting clients to do. POSTING and ENGAGING as often as I can! 🌈

✨Here is a sweet update from ! They just rolled out pinned comments for everyone! Regular page or business page you get to pin, I get to pin, WE ALL GET TO PIN! They were testing the option back in many and here it is.
You can pin up to 3 comments to “highlight positive comments”. So for certain brands this may work very well to create a certain type of dialogue.
This feature could really help brands feature positive reviews, common asked questions, or highlighting a top fan or customer! Just another awesome way to engage with your audience.

Did you know you can follow on Instagram? You can specific hashtags in your regular feed and stories. Head over to your explorer page and type in a hashtag. Click the hashtag and tap the follow button. (You’ll see this above the gallery). You will now see post who use the hashtag you followed on your feed and on your stories banner. Let’s talk about customer service today! Am I the only one who has experienced robotic or unauthentic customer service that just turned me off of wanting to buy or book with a company? A huge part of social media management is customer service! Whether you the owner are interacting or you hired on a you want to be known as a company or brand with great customer service.
So if you swipe left 👈 I have an example of just a simple response to you possibly missing a tagged story from a customer. I’ve had this happen and honestly I’ve felt so bad. User generated content is so big for brands. It creates brand awareness and trust. When they tag us we need to stay on top of re-sharing their content.
Do your best to have authentic responses to your customers and let your responses show that you care about whatever they are messaging you about. Whether it’s a positive or negative message make sure your response represents your brand! 🌈 @ Scottsdale, Arizona

Let’s talk about the follow/unfollow method. I’m sure you’ve seen this happen on your own instagram account. A random company follows you on Instagram. This company might even be in a specific niche that you are interested. Maybe it’s a haircare line or a clothing brand! When you viewed their page it peaked your interest so you followed back! The next day you see your follower count went down by one and long behold the brand is no longer following you. This my friends is the follow/unfollow method.
In order to grow your instagram account this method is tricky and a word of caution is this behavior is explicitly prohibited in Instagram’s Terms of Use! Instagram also has limitations on the amount of actions an account can use per day. You do not want instagram thinking your account is using a bot or gaining followers in a non organic way. The worst case scenario is your account getting banned from Instagram. This is why it’s better to leave your account in the hands of a trusted social media manager. Remember guys the key to growth is great content and socializing and engaging within your community. Don’t get banned trying to get a massive following!

It’s been a few days since I’ve posted. I’ve been entirely busy, but I decided to do a quick drop in and do a get to know me!
