FREE ADVICE FRIDAY - TUNE IN TOMORROW AT 3:20PM

"Hey Matt Gabe & Captain Ron,
Here’s a gross one for you. I started at a new company in January. Company is great, and I love what I do. There’s just one issue I have, and it’s one of my coworker’s bathroom habits. There are only 5 of us in the office. The bathroom just has one toilet. This one coworker has a habit of not always flushing after they’re done. There have also been times when I’ve gone in after her and there is used toilet paper on the floor. It disgusts me so much, I try to not use the bathroom when at work. What would you all do? This person has been with the company for 10 years, I’m sure the others know of her habits but she isn’t a very nice person and I’m wondering if no one has felt comfortable in discussing the issue with her (I sure don’t!). I think the others clean up her mess when they go in after her, as I have had to do. Please help.
